At The Las Cruces Convention Center
Welcome to the Las Cruces Convention Center, where your exhibiting experience will be a breeze. As a bonus for coming to Las Cruces, you will be glad to know that New Mexico is a “right to work” state, which gives us the flexibility to deliver service to you efficiently and economically. The information presented in this section is designed to give you the information that you need for your exhibit at the Las Cruces Convention Center. Our staff has the professional skills, experience, and work ethic to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
Location
The Convention Center is located at 680 University Avenue, at the corner of University Avenue and Union Avenue. The Center is within close proximity of restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and boasts over 2,500 hotel rooms within a 6-mile radius with a Courtyard by Marriott next door!
Ballroom
Approximately 9,000 sq. ft. of column-free carpeted space and the 24’ ceilings will show the exposed wood beams to add to the ambiance of the well-appointed space. The Ballroom boasts an outdoor covered event area with views of the Organs.
Meeting Rooms
Nearly 9,300 square feet of breakout space with 13 rooms total. Six of the rooms have 475 square feet of space and the other seven have over 900 square feet. You can combine the rooms to make additional space if needed.
Pre-Function Space
We have over 7,100 square feet of indoor pre-function space that illuminates with natural light, providing a warm and inviting environment for your attendees. We also have over 12,800 square feet of attractive outdoor space.

Convention space at the Las Cruces Convention Center is creatively constructed to accommodate different meeting group sizes and formats using flexible airwalls. In addition, there are 10 smaller meeting rooms ideally suited for committee meetings and break-out sessions. All such space is equipped for multi-purpose events.
Whether your gathering is for 60 or 3,000, we will work with you to accommodate your needs and help you host an exceptional event.
