Whether you seek an intimate experience, a spectacular evening reception, or a gathering of convention delegates, the Las Cruces Convention Center encompassing more than 55,000 square feet and can serve all your meeting needs under one roof. Our Exhibit Hall offers 17,236 square feet of column-free, carpeted exhibit space.
We offer 10 state-of-the-art meeting rooms for your small meetings or breakout needs; an 8,950 square foot Ballroom which is ideal for Weddings, Quinceañera’s, or Special Events; and over 7,100 square feet of indoor Pre-Function Space and 12,000 square feet of outside Pre-function Space located adjacent to many of our meeting rooms.
With flexible seating options and varied capacities, our meeting rooms are the perfect solution for intimate board meetings, workshops, corporate meetings, training sessions, interviews, and supplier meetings, as well as being ideal for break-out sessions at larger events.
Classic theatre style, boardroom, classroom, and banqueting layouts have been amended in line with current social distancing guidelines. We have introduced a range of flexible event options in response to COVID19.
All our meeting rooms feature integrated in-ceiling screens and our audio-visual team will work with you to make sure that your presentations are top-notch.
